Orders

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

After placing an order, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder, as automated emails may sometimes appear there.

If the email is still missing, reach out to our support team at info@the24carrots.in with your order details and we’ll help you locate it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

At the moment, The 24 Carrots ships across India only.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow its progress until delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items.

Can I exchange my T-shirt?

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unused
Unworn
In its original condition

How do I choose the right size?
