Returns & Refunds

At the moment, The 24 Carrots does not offer returns or refunds on purchased products.

Since our products are apparel items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.


Exchanges

We understand that sometimes sizing may not be perfect.
For this reason, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The T-shirt must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The item should not be washed or altered
